With proper care, a microphone ribbon will last for decades. Unfortunately, in real life, accidents happen.  If a Troll becomes damaged, it can be refurbished.  This service is intended to keep Troll users in business with a minimum of downtime, and to keep the Trolls themselves in service indefinitely.  This service renews the six month warrantee.
